Oral & e-Poster Presentation Guidelines

The IHPBA INDIA 2027 Organising Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for Oral and ePoster presentations. Please read the detailed instructions below carefully before submitting.

Abstracts are strictly limited to 250 words. (Tables/Images count as one word each).

Language

All abstracts must be written and presented in English strictly.

Submission Instructions

Abstracts shall be submitted electronically through the official IHPBA INDIA 2027 Conference website only.
One table and/or one image may be included in the abstract and will count as one word each in your word count. Tables/Images must be placed at the end of your abstract.
A maximum of 06 authors (including the presenting author) is permitted per abstract.
Abstracts previously published or presented at any other national or international meeting are may not be permitted.
When you submit an abstract online, your abstract will automatically be formatted according to the Conference submission standards.
Late submissions after 30th September 2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Abstract Structure

Unless submitting a Case Study, your abstract must be structured using the following four headings:

Introduction: Indicates the purpose and objective of the study.
Methods: Describes pertinent experimental procedures and study design.
Results: Summarizes the core results of the research.
Conclusion: States the main conclusions drawn from the data.

Submission Topics

Authors must choose one topic only for every abstract submitted. If an abstract relates to more than one of the topics below, please select the most appropriate primary focus.

General Information & Policies

It is the submitting author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed. Poor English may be a cause for rejection.
If you do not complete the submission process, your information will be held in "draft" status. Your abstract must be fully submitted before the 30th September 2026 deadline.
Changes to the abstract are possible until the deadline through your "My Submissions" portal.
The submitting author will receive all correspondence and must inform co-authors of the status.
Acknowledgement of submission will be sent via email. If not received within 24 hours (check spam filters), contact ihpbaindia2027@registeryourseat.in.
Registration Requirement: Upon acceptance, all presenting authors are expected to register and present at the Conference. Presenting authors not registered and fully paid by the stipulated deadline may have their abstracts removed from the Book of Abstracts.
