Video Presentation Guidelines

The IHPBA INDIA 2027 Organising Committee invites all interested individuals to submit operative videos. Please review the specific technical and submission requirements below.

Important Note

Please upload your e-video presentation to a cloud storage platform (e.g., Google Drive) and ensure that the video link has no viewing restrictions (set to public or “Anyone with the link can view”).

You are required to submit this accessible video link during the abstract submission process. Videos with restricted access will not be considered for review.

Videos must be a maximum of 8 minutes. Longer videos will be automatically rejected.

Abstract Submission Instructions

  • You are required to write a title for, and a brief description of, your video (up to a maximum of 250 words in total).
  • No data is expected or required in your written abstract for a video submission.
  • The abstract must provide a brief description indicating the content of the video, including its novelty and clinical relevance.
  • Abstracts and videos shall be submitted electronically through the Conference website.
  • The abstract must be written in English.
  • Abstracts and/or videos previously published or presented at any other national or international meeting are may not be permitted.

Technical Video Instructions

  • All video presentations must be narrated and edited in English.
  • The video should include a spoken narrative explaining the objectives and the methods used during the procedure.
  • The video file should be well edited for clarity and conciseness.
  • Video presentations must be uploaded at the same time as the title and abstract text.
  • The video submitted is the exact video (if accepted) that will be presented at the conference.

Submission Topics

Authors should choose one topic only for every video submitted. If a video fits into more than one of the topics below, choose the most appropriate primary focus.

General Information & Policies

  • It is the author’s responsibility to submit the correct abstract/video. Poor English in the narration or abstract may be a cause for rejection.
  • The corresponding author will receive all correspondence and is responsible for informing co-authors of the status.
  • Acknowledgement of submission will be sent via email. If not received within 24 hours (check spam folders), contact ihpbaindia2027@registeryourseat.in.
  • Registration Requirement: Upon acceptance, the presenting author is expected to register and present their video at the Conference. Presenting authors not registered and fully paid by the stipulated deadline may have their presentation removed from the programme.
