This prestigious academic gathering continues the proud legacy of IHPBA India in uniting leading experts in HPB surgery, transplant surgery, and allied specialties from across the country and around the world. As always, our collective aim is to advance knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and elevate standards of patient care.

IHPBA INDIA 2027 will build on the strengths of previous editions while embracing the future of HPB practice. The scientific program will highlight contemporary advancements, real-world challenges, and case-based debates on contentious issues, ensuring a rich, practice-oriented learning experience. REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests cannot be processed. Cancellation requests should be mailed to ihpbaindia2027@gmail.com.
Cancellation will be effective only upon receipt of an acceptance acknowledgment from the IHPBA INDIA 2027 Secretariat.
Refunds will be processed as per the policy outlined below:

Cancellation by March 31, 2027	Full Refund
Cancellation by May 31, 2027	50% of the Paid Amount
Cancellation by June 30, 2027	25% of the Paid Amount
Cancellation after June 30, 2027	No Refund

No refund will be applicable on internet handling charges, taxes, or other applicable levies.
With the cancellation of Conference Registration, all paid and complimentary services, facilities, and entitlements will stand cancelled.
Mode of refund remittance will be by cheque only.
Refunds cannot be issued in the event of a no-show.
In case of overpayment or double payment, the excess amount will be refunded to the account of the individual.
Neither the IHPBA INDIA 2027 Organizing Committee nor any of its associates will be held responsible if the conference is cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refund policies will be decided accordingly and delegates will be informed.
No refund will be granted for early termination of attendance, cancellation of speakers, or any incident beyond the control of the organizers.
The refund policy may be revised if circumstances so demand. Delegates are advised to visit the official conference website periodically for updates.

For Registration

Every delegate will receive a registration confirmation email after successful completion of the registration fee payment. Confirmation emails are typically issued within a few days. If you do not receive one within 15 days of registering, please email us at ihpbaindia2027@gmail.com.
Only registered delegates are permitted to attend the conference. Replacement or substitution is not allowed.
Registrants may submit cancellation requests through their user profiles or by emailing us at ihpbaindia2027@gmail.com.

For Accommodation

Check-in: 14:00 hrs. Check-out: 11:00 hrs. Check-in and check-out timings will be strictly adhered to.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and the respective hotel’s policy.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.
All additional expenses incurred, including telephone calls, room service, Wi-Fi, laundry, mini bar, tobacco, extra cot, restaurant bills, etc., must be settled by the guest prior to departure.
Additional room nights are subject to availability and will be charged as per the hotel’s applicable tariff.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to allot shared accommodation based on availability.
